Cancellation Policy

At Montech Academy, we understand that circumstances can change. Therefore, you may cancel your registration within three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us through our Contact Us page. Please note that once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated and will be automatically processed for a refund.

 

Refund Policy

Upon receiving your cancellation request, Montech Academy will process a refund of the full purchase price, minus any applicable transaction fees and a 20€ administrative fee. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. 

Please be aware that refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

1. The course has been started but not completed within the allotted time period.

2. The course has been completed.

3. A certificate of completion has been issued.

4. Course credits have been reported.

Courses at Montech Academy are accessible for up to one year, depending on the specific course. Re-entry into a course will not be allowed after the course expiration date.
